Roof tile test certificates
Our roof tile test certificates show that Tudor tiles meet BS EN 1304. Lucideon (formerly CERAM), a UKAS-accredited laboratory in Stoke-on-Trent, tests them for flexural strength (BS EN 538), water impermeability (BS EN 539-1) and frost resistance (BS EN 539-2).
Roof tile test certificates by year
Testing is audited every year by Lucideon. A declaration of performance (DoP) states how the tiles perform against the standard, and UKCA and CE marking show they meet it for the UK and EU markets.
