If your property has been, or is suspected of having been home to any number of bats, at any time, legislation requires you to take advice and precautions when working on the roof. Legislation requires provision to allow access for bats if they, or should they, return. If restricted to between roof tiles and under-felt, Tudor's tiles large double camber provides the maximum amount of natural air flow, and therefore prevent extremes of heat, more to the liking of the bats.
